At Top3 by Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your curated home decor and furniture; if an item isn't perfect, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all designer packaging and tags intact. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Request a Return
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the product in its original shipping box, clearly marking the RA number on the outside to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.
Ship and Process
Send your package back using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
